  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water

    Clean and cut celery stems into bite-size pieces.

    Cook until soft; drain.

    Mix the sugar, vinegar and water.

    Bring to a good boil.

    Add cooked celery pieces.
