  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. light sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained

Directions

    Melt margarine in saucepan.

    Add flour and stir.

    Add sour cream and chopped onion.

    Heat to thicken.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.

    Mix drained green beans and grated Swiss cheese in casserole dish.

    Add sour cream sauce and stir to blend ingredients.

    Bake in 375° oven until bubbling, about 20 to 30 minutes.
