- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. light sour cream
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
Directions

1Melt margarine in saucepan.

2Add flour and stir.

3Add sour cream and chopped onion.

4Heat to thicken.

5Season to taste with salt and pepper; set aside.

6Mix drained green beans and grated Swiss cheese in casserole dish.

7Add sour cream sauce and stir to blend ingredients.

8Bake in 375° oven until bubbling, about 20 to 30 minutes.
