- 3 cans French-style green beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Directions

1Heat green beans and drain.

2Pour beans in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

3In saucepan, melt butter.

4Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.

5Gradually add sour cream.

6Stir until thickened. Pour over beans.

7Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

8Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
