- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 lb. chuck steak, cut into 1-inch thick pieces
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes, drain and chop (keep juice)
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Use 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Line pan with foil and butter foil.

3Cut up steak, sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes and seasonings.

4Mix juice, sauce and cornstarch.

5Pour over meat and vegetables.

6Bake 2 hours at 350°.

7Sprinkle with parsley.
