Swiss Broccoli Bake

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 8 slices crispy cooked and crumbled bacon

Directions

    Make sauce of butter, flour and milk.

    When thickened, add 1 cup of the grated Swiss.

    In casserole dish layer broccoli, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/4 cup cheese.

    Repeat.

    Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
