Swiss Broccoli Bake

- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 8 slices crispy cooked and crumbled bacon
Directions

1Make sauce of butter, flour and milk.

2When thickened, add 1 cup of the grated Swiss.

3In casserole dish layer broccoli, 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of onion, 1/2 bacon and 1/4 cup cheese.

4Repeat.

5Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Serves 6.
