- 1 lb. ham hocks or meaty ham bone
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded process Swiss cheese
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook ham hocks in water 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender and falls off bone.

2Drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups broth.

3Let ham cool.

4Dice and set aside.
