  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. broccoli, chopped coarse
  • salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs

    In 2-quart saucepan, over high heat, add water, broccoli and salt to boiling.

    Cover and cook 10 minutes and drain.
