- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. (1 lb.) grated Swiss cheese
Directions

1Mix together cornstarch, wine, water and seasoning until smooth.

2Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.

3Stir occasionally.

4Stir in cheese until melted.

5If not completely melted, microwave on High (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted.

6Serve hot with French bread cubes.
