  • 1 lb chicken breast, split into 2 or 4 even portions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (low fat or not)
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 2 thin slices of honey ham per chicken portion
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 T melted butter

Directions

    Combine soup and wine in a small pan and cook on medium until evenly mixed and set aside.

    In a baking dish, distribute chicken pieces evenly and top chicken with ham.

    Pour on sauce, sprinkle on cheese, and finally, mix bread crumbs with melted butter and spread evenly over the whole thing.

    Cook uncovered for 30 min at 450.
