  • 1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts, split
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss (Mozzarella may be substituted)
  • 7 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • salt or garlic salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°. Dip chicken lightly in beaten egg. Then dip both sides in cheese. Then dip in bread crumbs until lightly coated. Season to taste.
