Swiss Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. white cooking wine
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 c. seasoned croutons
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

    Lay chicken in a square casserole pan.

    Place one slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast.

    Mix wine, water and soup together.
  4. 4
    Pour mixture over chicken.
  5. 5
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle croutons on top. Re-cover and bake an additional 15 to 30 minutes longer.
