- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. white cooking wine
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
- 2 to 3 c. seasoned croutons
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Directions

1Lay chicken in a square casserole pan.

2Place one slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast.

3Mix wine, water and soup together.

4Pour mixture over chicken.

5Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350°.

6Remove from oven and sprinkle croutons on top. Re-cover and bake an additional 15 to 30 minutes longer.
