- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves, skinned and dusted with flour
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk, chicken broth or water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. powdered mustard (optional)
