  • 6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 to 8 slices Swiss or Mozzarella cheese (Alpine Lace cuts fat)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix or Stove Top
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine or substitute liquid Butter Buds to cut fat

Directions

    Place raw chicken in Pam sprayed 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Top with other ingredients in order listed.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour covered with foil.

    Remove foil last 10 minutes.
