  • 2 to 4 pieces boneless chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Swiss cheese (1 per piece of chicken)
  • dry stuffing mix (Stove Top)
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Salt and pepper lightly.

    Place slices of cheese over chicken.

    Mix soup and 1/4 cup water.

    Pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle dry stuffing into dish.

    Melt butter. Pour on top.

    Bake 1 hour at 325°.
