- 2 pkg. whole frozen corn
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. soft bread cubes
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook corn until tender and drain.

2Mix together with milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, sugar and 1 c. shredded cheese.

3Put in casserole.

4Top with bread cubes, melted butter and 1/4 c. Swiss cheese tossed together.

5Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

6Serves 6 to 10.
