- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. diced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (drinking kind)
- 8 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients except eggs. Heat, stirring, until cheese melts.

3Pour into a shallow casserole or baking pan. Break the eggs carefully into the sauce. Bake until eggs are of desired firmness, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Serve over toasted English muffins. As a dinner dish, eggs could be served on a bed of wheat pilaf.
