- grated cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk per egg
- butter
Directions

1Stir eggs in pan.

2Add salt and pepper.

3Spread bacon or sausage over top, then cheese.

4Drizzle milk over all.

5Dot with butter.

6This can be made up the night before and put into the refrigerator overnight.

7Bring out and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° for a 9 x 13-inch pan.

8Can be made in muffin tins for 10 to 15 minutes.

9May be frozen, brought out and heated in a 400° to 425° oven, preheated.

10Heat 10 minutes.
