- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
- 4 thin Swiss cheese slices
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 thin sausage patties or bacon slices
Directions

1Slightly cook sausage or bacon; put in bottom of pan.

2Add butter and cheese slices.

3Break eggs over cheese.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Pour cream over eggs.

6Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° until eggs are set.
