  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 4 thin Swiss cheese slices
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 thin sausage patties or bacon slices

Directions

    Slightly cook sausage or bacon; put in bottom of pan.

    Add butter and cheese slices.

    Break eggs over cheese.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Pour cream over eggs.

    Sprinkle with a little grated cheese.

    Bake at 350° until eggs are set.
