- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-cut or regular cut green beans, drained
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.

2Add sour cream.

3Stir constantly while cooking at low temperature until mixture thickens.

4Add drained green beans.

5Mix with grated cheese.

6Place in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

7Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
