- 1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 c. diced ham
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, melt butter (or margarine); blend in flour and nutmeg.

2Add milk all at once.

3Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

4Add cheese; stir until melted.

5Cool slightly. Stir small amount of cheese sauce into eggs.

6Return egg mixture to cheese sauce; add ham.

7Pour into pastry shell.

8Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

9Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
