- 1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. flakes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook and drain broccoli.

3Combine parsley, onion, mustard, margarine and lemon juice.

4Add cheese, ham and broccoli; set aside.

5Separate crescent rolls.

6On greased cookie sheet, arrange with points out in a circle with bases overlapping.

7Spoon mixture onto bases.

8Fold points over and tuck under bases.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

11Can be made ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 3 hours.

12Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
