- 5 oz. Swiss cheese, diced small or grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small rib celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt or Vege-Sal
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°. With clean hands, combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until the mixture is well blended. Pack the meat into 1 large loaf pan or 2 small ones. Bake a large loaf for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Bake 2 small loaves for 1 1/4 hours. Yield: 8 servings.
