  • 2 Tbsp. grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 3 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

    Fry bacon until crisp.

    Remove from pan.

    Add onion; cook until transparent.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
