  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 c. cubed cooked ham or turkey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten

    Mix cheese and flour.

    Layer broccoli, ham, onions and cheese into pie shell.

    Repeat layers.

    Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in pie shell.
