- 1 c. onion
- 12 oz. (2 1/2 c.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 deep dish pie shell
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp; crumble into pieces.

2Cook onion in 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.

3Combine all ingredients; pour into shell.

4Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
