  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine until golden.

    Add flour and garlic powder; cook at low heat for 1 minute.

    Add milk, salt and pepper; cook at low heat until thickened.

    Add cheese and cook until smooth.

    Add spinach.

    Put in greased casserole.

    Cook at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.

    Serves 4 to 6.
