- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until golden.

2Add flour and garlic powder; cook at low heat for 1 minute.

3Add milk, salt and pepper; cook at low heat until thickened.

4Add cheese and cook until smooth.

5Add spinach.

6Put in greased casserole.

7Cook at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.

8Serves 4 to 6.
