  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits or 1 deep dish pie crust
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Directions

    Separate biscuit dough and spread into ungreased 9-inch pie pan or 9-inch quiche pan, pressing together to form crust.

    Toss cheese with flour.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
