- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits or 1 deep dish pie crust
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Directions

1Separate biscuit dough and spread into ungreased 9-inch pie pan or 9-inch quiche pan, pressing together to form crust.

2Toss cheese with flour.

3Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

4Pour into crust and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
