  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak
  • 1 tsp. peppered seasoning salt
  • 6 to 8 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. baby carrots
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
  • 12 oz. jar homestyle beef gravy
  • chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Cut beef into 6 pieces. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Brown in skillet for about 8 minutes. Layer potatoes, carrots, onions and beef in slow cooker. Combine tomatoes and gravy. Pour over beef and vegetables. Cover. Cook on low 7 to 9 hours. Sprinkle with parsley.
