  • 4 or 6 pieces cubed steak
  • 2 Tbsp. soup base (beef flavor)
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • chopped onion (optional)
  • chopped green pepper (optional)

Directions

    With edge of saucer, pound both sides of steak with flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown both sides in frying pan.
  3. 3
    Remove steak.
