- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt or to taste
- 3 large onions, well chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 3 c. canned tomatoes
Directions

1Roll in flour.

2Place in well-greased dish.

3Mix remaining ingredients together with leftover flour.

4Sprinkle over the top of the meat.

5Add 1 cup water.

6Place foil over baking dish. Place in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
