  • 3 lb. round steak
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt or to taste
  • 3 large onions, well chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
  • 3 c. canned tomatoes

Directions

    Roll in flour.

    Place in well-greased dish.

    Mix remaining ingredients together with leftover flour.

    Sprinkle over the top of the meat.

    Add 1 cup water.

    Place foil over baking dish. Place in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
