- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup and 1/3 c. water
Directions

1Combine flour, salt and pepper and pound into steak.

2In large skillet, brown steak in hot oil on both sides.

3Add chopped vegetables, tomatoes or soup mixture.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.

5Serve over mashed potatoes or rice or egg noodles.
