- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 envelope dried onion soup
- 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cut tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Line 9 x 13-inch casserole with aluminum foil.

2Place steak in pan.

3Add butter, onion soup, bell pepper and drained tomatoes. Shake together in a jar soup, salt, tomato juice and cornstarch. Pour over steak.

4Close foil tightly over steak.

5Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
