- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Trim steak; wipe with a damp paper towel.

2Mix flour, salt and pepper.

3Pound into steak on both sides.

4Brown meat.

5Place vegetables and tomato sauce on meat.

6Simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
