- 2 medium onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 large cans tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil (drain excess after browning)
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1In large pan, saute cut onions and bell pepper in oil.

2Flour steaks; cut into small strips and brown with onions and bell pepper.

3Add tomatoes and juice.

4Cook for 1 hour on medium-high heat.

5Keep a lid on the pan to keep in moisture.
