- 1 1/2 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 small celery, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cut steak into pieces.

2Season flour with salt and pepper. Put meat in flour.

3Place onions in bottom of crock-pot.

4Add meat, top with carrots, celery and tomato sauce.

5Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 5 hours.
