- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. celery, chop fine
- 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Trim off fat and cut steak in serving size pieces.

2Place steak in pot.

3Sprinkle onion soup mix over it.

4Lay on mushrooms, celery and green peppers.

5Add Worcestershire sauce, then tomatoes, garlic and black pepper.

6Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours, until fork-tender, stirring several times to mix flavors.
