- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 can water
- 2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Cut meat into serving size.

2Flour, salt and pepper on one side.

3Pound with mallet to tenderize.

4Repeat the procedure to the other side.

5Brown in oil.

6Mix soups and water together. Place meat in casserole.

7Pour soup mixture over meat.

8Cover; bake at 350° for 2 hours.
