- 1 pound beef round steak
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes
- Seasoned salt
- Garlic salt
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
Directions

1In cooking oil, brown meat on both sides.

2Place slices of onion on top of meat.

3Add canned tomato, seasoned salt and garlic salt.

4Simmer for a little over an hour.

5Cook rice in last half hour.

6Serve swiss steak over rice.
