- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp dry basil leaves
- 2 lb round steak
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 carrots chopped
- 2 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Directions

1Cut the into serving size pieces and coat with flour.Brown the meat in vegetable oil.

2Then put in the crockpot .

3In the same pan saute vegetables in oil untill tender.

4Stir in diced tomatoes, salt and pepper , basil Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and rest of the flour.

5Mix well pour mixture over meat in crockpot.

6Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours.

7The sauce will thicken as it cook.
