- 1 12 lbs top round steaks, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 cup oil
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (16 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Pound steak to tenderize.

2Cut into serving size pieces.

3Combine 2T flour and salt.

4Dredge steak in flour.

5Brown in hot oil in skillet.

6Remove to lightly greased casserole dish.

7Add 2 T flour to drippings in skillet.

8Cook over medium heat 1 min, stirring constantly.

9Add tomatoes and vegies; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

10Stir in Worcestershire sauce.

11Pour mixture over steak.

12Cover and bake 350 for 1 hours to 1 hours 15 minutes depending on thickness of steak.
