- 4 steaks
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- 4 clove garlic chopped
- 1 handful fresh parsley chopped
- 1 sprinkle of salt and pepper
- 1 SAUCE
- 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 f

2In a roasting pan that has a lid add your steaks and cover with onions red peppers garlic parsley

3In a 4 cup measuring cup add the pasta sauce which is around 2 cups worth then fill the rest with water so you have 4 cups all together

4Add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper + worcestershire and lemon juice mix together and pour over top of your steaks covering it

5Cover and put it in the oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours ...serve with mashed potatoes or over rice
