- 2 lb. round steak
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 carrots, sliced
Directions

1Cut round steak into serving portions and press with flour. Brown meat on all sides in a little fat in heavy skillet or Dutch oven.

2Add onion, carrots and tomatoes.

3Cover and simmer gently about 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.

4Can be served with hot buttered noodles.
