- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 large cans tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cut steak into bite size pieces.

2Cook in large Dutch pot or in large container to put in the oven.

3Add onion and tomatoes to steak; cook on medium heat for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.

4Serve with mashed potatoes.

5While cooking, sprinkle with parsley.
