- 3/4 lb. round steak (1/2 inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut steak into 2 pieces.

2Salt, pepper and flour steak.

3Brown in oil.

4Add tomatoes.

5Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.

6Add green pepper, onion and salt.
-
7Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 30 minutes.

8Serve over rice.
