- 2 c. beef broth
- 5 small potatoes, quartered
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, partially thawed
- 4 (4 oz.) cubed steaks
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
Directions

1Bring beef broth to a boil in a skillet.

2Add potatoes.

3Cook 10 minutes.

4Add beans and celery.

5Cook 5 minutes.

6Remove vegetables and broth from skillet.

7Add oil to skillet.

8Brown steaks on each side.

9Sprinkle with pepper.

10Return vegetables and broth to pan.

11Stir in mustard.

12Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
