  • 2 c. beef broth
  • 5 small potatoes, quartered
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, partially thawed
  • 4 (4 oz.) cubed steaks
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions

    Bring beef broth to a boil in a skillet.

    Add potatoes.

    Cook 10 minutes.

    Add beans and celery.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Remove vegetables and broth from skillet.

    Add oil to skillet.

    Brown steaks on each side.

    Sprinkle with pepper.

    Return vegetables and broth to pan.

    Stir in mustard.
