  • 1 1/2 lb. (approximately) round steak, cut in serving-size pieces
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 2 green peppers, cut in strips
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
