- 1 lb. swordfish steaks
- 1/4 c. soy sauce (low salt)
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Pam
- slivered almonds
- lemon slices
Directions

1Clean steaks and place in shallow pan.

2Mix all other ingredients.

3Pour over steaks and refrigerate for 2 hours.

4Place steaks on greased (Pam) broiler pan.

5Cook 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8 minutes.

6Turn, baste and cook 5 minutes longer.

7Top with slivered almonds and thin lemon slices.

8Serves 4.
