- 6 medium potatoes, cooked, mashed and cooled
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 4 to 5 c. flour
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Keep adding flour until dough is no longer sticky.

3Roll dough into thin sheets.

4Place in cookie pan.

5Dot with knife.

6Bake at 450° until brown.

7Watch closely.

8Remove from oven and rub entire sheet with butter. Sprinkle on garlic powder or salt.

9Cut into squares.
