  • 12 cup ground sumac
  • 12 cup ground toasted chickpeas
  • 12 cup ground lightly toasted pistachios
  • 12 cup ground flax seed
  • 3 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon fennel
  • 1 tablespoon black seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 12 cup olive oil

Directions

    mix all ingredients in food processor except last two.
