  • 1 lb. round steak, cut
  • 1 can beef broth
  • celery, chopped (can omit)
  • 1 green pepper (strips)
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • green onions
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Brown steak in little oil until it gets tender.

    Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce.

    Cover and simmer.

    Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.

    Stir into the meat.
